Things to do in Osaka

Osaka e youkoso! Welcome to Osaka! How long has it been, since I last went to Japan’s second largest metropolitan area?! Osaka was one of my personal most visited city before I ever discovered Tokyo. The main reason was because my family lives in the next region of Kansai, so our standard airport was actually Osaka KIX (Kansai International Airport). This time we didn’t visit my family, we just wanted to visit Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto to complete our trip. My bf never visited Osaka and Kyoto before, so I had to show him these two MUST-cities. Sadly, as I already mentioned before, Osaka and Kyoto are crowded with (Asian) tourists, so I don’t feel comfortable anymore since this city turned into “China Town”… Nevertheless, I still enjoy the food, the shopping possibilities and many different day trip options (for example to Kyoto, Nara, Himeji, Kobe and many more) that you can do from Osaka. If you need any more ideas, I listed them all up below.
