Kawaii Monster Cafe Japan

Here we are – back in Tokyo! After we spend a peaceful time during Christmas and New Year with my family & relatives, my travel diary about Japan (in winter) is slowly coming to an end. Before we fly back home to Switzerland, I always make sure that I have still 2 ~ 3 days in Tokyo for shopping and fun time. Since my suitcase is probably almost full, I just make a quick check at my favourite shops (to see if they have new clothes or merchandise) and the rest of my time I spend on visiting some themed cafés and restaurants. I try at least one new café or restaurant and depending on my mood, I often just go to my favourite places like the Kawaii Monster Cafe in Harajuku or the Maid Café in Akihabara. The first time that I went to the Kawaii Monster Cafe was in spring 2016. I will not write any details about it, since I already wrote a blog post about it. Just make sure you stay long enough so that you can see the monster show – it’s really cool! The menu changes from time to time, however, I tried the same menu as I had the last time – colourful fancy Spaghetti Carbonara and a monster rainbow parfait for dessert! The cafe is definitely on my bucket list again for my next Japan trip.
