Hello Sweethearts β‘
Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. As every year, I did self-made chocolate and cookies. I recently found a very helpful and easy chocolate-melting-method by using the microwave (I hate melting chocolate with hot water!) and I love it! I am very grateful to Shia from Cake Invasion for this simple trick. The page is in German, so here is my summary in English:
How to melt chocolate easily in the microwave:
1. Break chocolate into small pieces and put it in a microwaveable bowl (I prefer glass bowls, cause they stay warm). Shia adds here a bit of coconut oil or other cooking oil, but it also works without!
2. Microwave the chocolate for 1 minute at 500 or 600 Watt. This temperature is important!
3. Take out the chocolate and mix it for a loooong time! If you still have some pieces, just repeat the step from nr. 1
Now I am definitely going to do more self-made chocolates from now on, haha! Life can be so easy ^.^ I hereby wish you a happy Valentine’s Day and see you next time. I love you all!
