Hi Everyone!

I got great news for people living in Lucerne or in the central part of Switzerland!! Have you ever heard about the Freakatorium? It is a super awesome shop from freaks for freaks and geeks. It is officially open from August 2016, but I randomly heard about it just some weeks ago (thanks to an article in the 20 Minuten paper). Since my best buddy was back from his long exchange semester abroad, we thought of having a look at this freaky shop.

The Freakatorium is open on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and is about 5 minutes walk from the train station Emmenbrücke at Buchenstrasse 4. You need to pass a fitness center and soon you will find an amazing selection of merchandises, comics, animes, mangas, collectibles, figures, shirts, caps, costumes and lots of more! I honestly have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the shop. It was bigger than expected and they did not only have the standard merchandise stuff that you can buy at every convention or event. They had many nostalgic, special, unique and old things that brought back my childhood memories.

Marco, one of the company owners of the Freakatorium, was so friendly and told us lots of interesting information about the shop and how they take great care about the quality of the offered products. The range of the products will be constantly expanded, so it is worth visiting the shop from time to time!

Today was definitely not the last time I visited the shop. Can’t wait to go there soon again. It made so much fun!
