Now comes one of my favourite part of this trip: The National Parks and the amazingly beautiful and incredible Lakes of Canada! We visited the Yoho and Banff National Park, where we could see three impressive Lakes: Emerald Lake, Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. So let’s start with the Emerald Lake! This Lake is one of the largest within the Yoho National Park and is completely enclosed by stunning mountains. The colour was truly emerald green! Lake Louise and Moraine Lake are located in Banff National Park. Lake Louise lies at the foot of Mount Victoria and is one of Banff National Park’s main draws. The Moraine Lake might not get that much attention as Lake Louise, but I heard that it is one of the most photographed lakes in all Canada. In all areas you can enjoy outdoor activities like mountain biking, boating, canoeing or hiking while being mesmerised by the lake’s beauty. No matter when you visit Emerald Lake, Lake Louise or Moraine Lake, I am pretty sure you will be impressed!
