Did you know that Amsterdam has around 60 museums and the highest museum density in the world? Some are super popular and that’s why it is hard to get tickets without long lines (I remember the line in front of the Anne Frank Haus – it was crazy!). If you want to get one, get one online in advance, most of the museum offer online tickets (sometimes even at discounted prices).

Beside the Sexmuseum, where I went with my girls on our weekend trip (here you don’t need any online ticket), we have been at the Madame Tussauds. These wax museums are very popular and crowded, so try to go in the morning (the best time slot is right after the opening). Don’t go on your own – you will enjoy it the most when you go there with some friends. Don’t forget your selfie stick! You can meet George Clooney, Marylin Monroe, Robbie Williams, Justin Bieber, a lot of MARVEL heroes and more!
