Hi everyone! ( ´∀｀)ﾉ

And here comes the promised post about the Aki no Matsuri event, which has taken place on Sunday, 26 October 2014 in Zofingen. May you remember, that I was there with my friends one year ago (click here for the Aki no Matsuri 2013). It is very near from my village and since it is the only event around the region of Central Switzerland, the demand for tickets was higher and I saw much more Japanese “Otaku” than last year. They changed their location to the BZZ (training center) Zofingen, which was much bigger and more comfortable to walk around, but the program remained more or less the same. The food was much better than (the half-frozen and cold noodles of) last time – they had some food stands, where you could buy yummy Nikuman, Yakitori, Takoyaki, Sushi and sweet Japanese buns from my favourite bakery Hiro Takahashi. You could have a coffee break at the Maid Cafe Kawaii Kêki. The prices there were very fair, but I honestly have to say that it was a bit boring… I wasn’t sure if the Maids were really happy to work there (;ﾟдﾟ)ｪ… I missed the “moe moe” and freaky power, which the real Japanese Maid girls have. Furthermore, the Cosplay contest and catwalk was good (but not perfect) – there were some really impressive Cosplayers! I didn’t do any of the workshops, but I sneaked one…two…three….four times around the merchandise stands. I love to take a look at all the kawaii figures and plushies. I didn’t stay so long at the event, since I still had to struggle with my jet lag + flu and I also had to work the next day. All in all, I had a great time with my friends and I am already looking forward to the next Aki no Masturi event in 2015. ♥
