Take Instagrammable Tokyo Tower Pictures! Secret Photo Location in Japan

Are you looking for an amazing photo spot just next to the Tokyo Tower? I have seen a lot of people on Instagram taking pictures on a stairway, but I never really knew where this place was located. I wanted to make it as simple as possible for all of you, so I made this brief summary and a video of this secret location. This hidden gem is actually an underground parking situated next to a fitness studio, which is approx. 3 minutes from the Tokyo Tower. If you take a picture from downstairs or on the stairs, you can catch some really cool (and of course instagrammable ^_^) photos! Please be aware that this is a public spot, so take care of the others and do not block the whole stairway.

You can reach the secret photo spot within 3 minutes from the Tokyo Tower
There is an underground parking just next to a fitness studio
I took Exit A1 (from Onarimon Station) and walked to the Tokyo Tower

Hello Beauty!
It was ‘Kodomo no Hi’ (Children’s Day) when I visited the Tower
‘Koinobori’ means ‘carp-streamer kite’, and the carp was chosen as the symbol of Children’s Day because the Japanese consider it the most spirited fish, full of energy and power to fight its way up rapidly-flowing streams.

  1. What a great photo spot! I’ll have to add it to my list of places to visit once Japan reopens to individual tourists!
