Here we go with one more themed café! Today, we are going to talk about the Square Enix Café in Akihabara. If you love video games like Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts & Co. you shouldn’t miss it! The café is just a few steps away from Akihabara station and you will find it right next to the Yodobashi-Akiba. The Square Enix café will periodically rotate its theme to present different games, so if you are not sure, which game is in the spotlight, just check out their official page. You can also make an online reservation, if you would like to book a seat in advance. We did the reservation directly at the shop, where they reserved a seat for the next possible time frame. The cafe is very small, half of the store is a restaurant and the other half is a merchandise shop. When we visited the café, all the menu and products were based on the game The World Ends with You. I accidentally ordered cold Ramen, because stupid me couldn’t read Kanji, lol. The food was ok, but not very special. I liked the glass mirrors on the wall, which made the café look bigger and the surprise coaster that we got to our drinks.
