For your Mango Mousse you need:
250g Mango
2.5dl cream
4 table spoon of brown sugar
3 ~4 dash of lemon juice
1. puree the mango and add sugar & lemon juice
2. In a separate bowl: beat cream until is is stiff
3. Add the mango puree carefully.
