Kyoto 2013

Hey Lovelies,

This is going to be the third last blog entry about my holidays. I already posted a lot of topics about Osaka Namba, Shinsaibashi-suji and all the shopping and game-center activities, so I prepared this sightseeing post about Kyoto to refresh my travel diaries with another topic. The next one will be full of cute animals and the last will be about our final day in Japan. ^^

Well, yeah, after all the shopping tours in Osaka (the first week) and in Shibuya, Tokyo (the second week), we decided not to place further burdens on our suitcases (≧y≦*) We saw a lot of big, lively and “modern” cities in Japan, so that’s the reason why I also planned to show my friends the real “traditional” side of Japan and Kyoto would be a perfect example. When you would like to see the attractions like the spectacular shrines, temples or the pretty Maiko girls (apprentice geisha), the nature or the beautiful gardens, I would recommend you to book a sightseeing bus tour. You can choose different tours and the tickets are purchasable at the counters just a few meters outside of Kyoto station. Audio translators are available in many different languages and it is much easier and comfortable to discover Kyoto by bus. It was my second time after three years, that I did another sightseeing trip in Kyoto. It’s worth it to visit this unique and fascinating place.

We are ready for the trip, yay! Our Tour:
1) 金閣寺 Kinkaku-ji
2) 高台寺 Kodai-ji
3) 清水寺 Kiyomizu-dera Temple of the Golden Pavilion (金閣寺 Kinkaku-ji) *money money money* The Otowa waterfall
It is said that your performance at school will increase, when you drink
the water from the left waterfall; from the middle you will get a better
love-life and with the right one you can protect your health.
> But you just can chose ONE of them, otherwise it doesn’t work. Souvenirs Maiko-san Mhhh, I love this Kinako (roasted soybean flour) ice cream *__*
